Is that the 401??? Gosh, I'm glad that everyone here was able to make it home safe and sound, no matter how long it took. Smart move Dan on walking, the subway would have been a terrible choice yesterday, that's for sure!

glad everyone's okay

yesterday was definitely something - my kids were fascinated by the amount of rain - i can't seem to recall the last time it was this heavy. Our lights flickered a couple of times, but the power didn't go off - the worse time for my lil ones was when I guess Rogers was having problems and treehouse and disney jr wasn't showing.

Wouldn't it be amazing if our only problem was that tree-house was not on the air for a few minutes Oh to be young again

The weather is definitely doing some weird things these days. The poor people in High River just trying to get back into their places, and in Calgary, Sunnyside floods yet again!!!

Wow, I was seeing the pics on TWN last night & was floored. We (well DBF) has family in the Barrie way, so we were keeping an eye out for the weather in ON.

Another beautiful day here in NB. Much more comfortable in terms of temps, after feeling like the 40's over the weekend.

On a sad note though, I think my iPhone 4 is toast.

We will be Sesamed out by the end of the week but the toddlers are LOVING the park. We did the water park this am and are going to do dinner and Target after naps.

Evening, all...well our few days with our grandson are over....we took him to his soccer game and he actually scored a goal..it's so cute seeing those 4-5 yr olds trying to determine which goal to actually score in! LOL!! Ah, he won't be an athlete, that's for certain, unless it's golf...hahaha!

The kids are still in Vegas in the sweltering heat..our DD texted me today saying that walking in the breeze on the strip felt like walking into a blow-dryer. But the casinos are cool.......Hmph. I wish we could keep our grandson until they get home Friday morning, but I guess we have to share him with the other grandparents...but he's just so sweet to be with!!!!

So...I'll tuck in now, with little Jenny and hubby's at their home with our grandson....Sweet dreams everyone!!!!
