Itchy eyes or a stye on your eye? - Lie down and put a used tea bag on it and squeeze a little tea onto it. (Orange pekoe is what I use.) It will help heal and soothe your eyes.

Used dryer sheets are good for shining up chrome fixtures.

Dryer sheets are great for shining shoes, too.
Also, for those with longer haired kitties, great to get the static on them down - so they don't run around with the 'invisible itching' thingee they tend to do...

Spritz your bread dough with water before baking. That way the heat has to evaporate the water before it "sets" it and gives it a crust. It'll give your loaf a jump in the oven.

If you have a puppy or dog that is scared of thunder.. before a storm, rub him/her down with a bounce sheet, helps with them being frightened through a storm.. Also rubbing a bounce sheet on a fresh mosquito bite helps with the itch..
