Statistically speaking, Tuesday is the most depressing day of the week...
...but lets can the depressing and negative talk!
What is one positive thing that's happened to you in the past 24 hours?

My fiance calls me a "Negative Nelly" frequently. I don't try to be, and I am making a concerted effort to take the positive outlook on things, but sometimes it just all comes out slightly pessimistic.

I called Shoppers Optimum Points line and had my problem resolved in 2 minutes. That was pretty good, especially considering I was thinking I was going to have to fight. But just being friendly and polite works way better than going in guns blazing. Haha.

My 70 year old neighbour asked us to watch her cat while she is away for a few weeks. That's pretty nice that she trusts us to take care of him (and anyone who saw the pictures in the Cat Club thread awhile ago knows I love this cat, haha).

I stopped and talked to a homeless guy who was in the Walmart parking lot and asked him if I could buy him something at Tim's. I offered coffee, tea, what ever . All he asked for was a muffin, so I went to the drive through and got 2. He was a sweet old man but a sad case, wearing only shorts and a sweatshirt, using an old umbrella as a cane, it's pretty cold today but he had such a nice smile and was happy with his muffins. Made me happy to help out if only a little bit.

Good for them, also more room in our house!

Woke up this morning feeling great after being down and out with a rip roaring cold for the past 5 days. which is great news as I am running with my granddaughter in her schools fall run for Terry Fox this afternoon.Hoping I can make the whole 4 K but my feelings won't be hurt if she needs to walk some of it!!!!

Tuesday is the most depressing day of the week? If you think about it, Tuesday might also be the least likely day men see skin, and wives show skin??? I don't know. That is weird. I like Tuesday and the most positive thing to happen to me is that I slept all night without once having to wake up and chuck cats off the bed. Yahoo!!

The cashier at Walmart was very rude to me this morning.
I spoke with her manager and she received an attitude adjustment.
This is positive because I saved all of the people behind me having to deal with her attitude

Sorry I missed this earlier....I'm pretty positive most days, but today it was lunch out with our daughter, AND buying our Grandson one of the two gifts we're allowed to give him for Christmas!

Really? I've never felt any different on Tuesdays. I usually have friends over every Tuesday night. I haven't seen them all summer, but they were back over tonight, so now my apartment is nice and clean.
Yesterday wasn't much fun, but it was because a grumpy bus driver yelled at me for no reason, not because of what day of the week it was.
