+1 for calling them. A cashier once suggested I use the "points inquiry" form on the website, so I thought I'd try it. Don't. I did this only once, waited a few days (their FAQ said something about a possible 2-3 day wait) and called when no reply came. When I called, they had trouble verifying the offer in question because it was from the previous week. They still took my word for it and credited the points to me, but suggested I call first next time.

acosta, I think you have to browse the flyer or their stores. I just took a quick look at the site and couldn't find anything that included the in store offers, only the personalized ones. Unfortunately, the flyer doesn't even appear to have a filter of items with in store points.

I emailed them complaining about this and they gave me 5k in points and said they were expanding to more stores in fall of 2013.

Anyone hear when this is launching in other stores (Fortinos, RCSS, etc?) I know they said Fall, but it's already mid-October... any new info..?? (Eagerly awaiting this program, despite it's quirks!)
