I only went up one pound!! I am so grateful that was all, but the rat bast**d, ( my DH, I am so jealous) lost so much weight!! Who loses over Thanksgiving weekend? He was 210 today!! So woot woot for him! I am having a relapse of craving for Filipino Take out dishes....Chicken Adobo! agh!!

So this week looks promising. I have started putting out the Halloween decorations, we went to Costco to get the 700 bags of chips tonight. I got a steal of a deal on the weekend and have 400 extra mini chocolate bars I got free .

Jumped couple of major family hurdles and am looking forward to getting really back on track.

The next luncheon at school is not until mid-November but we decided on Mexican Fiesta!!!

Having a hard time. Part of me wants to give up until after Halloween. One day at a time. Every no is a success. But I just want chocolate!!! Gah!!! Ummm I am up and afraid to step on the scale, my progess has been lost. Not looking for pity. I just feel better confessing...it makes me feel less guilty when I have cheated.

First of all, BIG congratulations to those who have not slipped off the wagon, and continue to lose weight! Awesome!

Granger, I was where you are just 3 days ago. I was SO mad at myself for gaining over the summer! Our DD also gained, and is up to a size 10 again (gag!), so she suggested that we'd email each other every day, with a list of everything we're having for our meals/snacks, etc, and our water consumption. It's been GREAT! I joined Sparkpeople and am tracking everything I eat (who knew onions had carbs?!!), and when I printed off one of my daily record sheets and showed it to her, she joined and is doing the same! They also "grade" you, each day, and you get a report on where you can improve! I'm always short on carbs, so I try to get a little more in....if you're like me and need to be held accountable, then that's the way to go!
Now we just email each other copies of our daily record and keep tabs on each other....

Good luck, everyone! Oh! I tried to weigh myself today, but the batteries had died! I took that as a sign not to persue it. No sense getting all depressed....!
