^yum....
But, gee, I just unpacked a box of glasses. Set of my best/fave crystal ones were fine, but from the 'next best' set I had only packed four out of eight, just to downsize - and DRAT, one was broken. Argh!

Wine! You just said the magic word, Luv!
Our DD has arrived safe and sound in Mexico in a small town, visiting a friend with another friend, who lives there. This friend of her friend works for a Restaurant reviewer, so they'll have to review a couple of restaurants while visiting...awwwww...
Natalka..snuggle your hubby and your cats: they'll surely keep you warm! Oh. And wine helps!

Drat, I'm all alone, though - husband went to a church council meeting.
However, I was snuggling and playing with Taffy the cat on the couch for a while, now I've braved this cold room to be on the computer for a bit to keep me busy since I'm alone.
Hm... wine... there is a bottle we got for our anniversary a few years ago that is just sitting there in the kitchen, minding its own beeswax.
Nah, I'll do with a cuppa!
Wow, Lynn, lucky daughter to be in Mexico where it's warm!
Mrs S - crap on the CDiff - that's too bad, hopefully they can get it cleared up quickly.

Sure but not everything has to be a serious end of the world issue. If everything was like that everyone would just fret over all of that and never talk about any of the small stuff. Like CHCH will often have a funny video on their morning news shows. Someone asked them whats the point of that, isn't there something serious you could be disscusing and their response was not everything has to be about Rob Ford lol.

I've been trying to stay alert cruising on here and elsewhere, but my eyes are closing.
It's only 9 p.m., husband isn't home yet, but I'll crawl into bed and read for a while.
See y'all tomorrow!

Oh, so true, Cab, but I had this microphone in my face before I knew it and that's what came out...lol! However, I wonder about Ryerson's decision to purchase it. I should have asked her what they paid for the thing, and how they determined that there wasn't a student out there deserving of a scholarship!
I watch HLN in the morning because of the light take they have on presenting the news, and I choose to watch the US news because I can shake my head and say: what dorks those Americans are, without having a vested interest in their lives. Although I do tune to CTV also, it's only to peek at the news; I feel helpless to change anything, and generally it all makes me feel sad.
To be honest, I really don't give a hot darn where they reposition that glaring sign.
