Hiiiiiiii everyone!!!!!! I have missed you all so very much Life has just gotten crazy busy the last while but it's been mostly good. I accepted a full time position with work, I've been dating an amazing man for almost 6 months and I'll be moving out of my parents house in June!!!!!

I wanted to pop in and let you all know that I think of all of you every day and I feel like this is "coming home" I hope to be able to stop in again for a good long chat with some dear old friends very shortly!!! Love and miss you all!!!!!!!

Things really coming together for you must feel so satisfying, and I'm glad you are happy - congrats on the job, good luck with the dude, and so nice that you can look forward to living out on your own (that will make dating so much easier!).

lola, that's good that you're getting things sold on kijiji. I keep meaning to put some stuff on there, I'm such a procrastinator. maybe today i'll do that..

well, our kitchen is almost done thank heavens. I sewed my curtains this weekend (not the most professional job) but I think they look pretty good. just have to sew some pillows for the new banquette, get some floating shelves. dh and my FIL are going to make my countertops next week when theyre down then they can put the backsplash in. so exciting!

Hi All,
Good morning....
It's the start to another week, but it will be a short week this week, as Friday is a PA day .
It's back into the deep freeze again . -16 this morning, wont get any better until Friday, which is great as the kids are off then .
Great family weekend this weekend , so now I have to go and get caught up on all the things that I didn't get done, but I don't mind as family time is the best time .

I'm so happy to have the extra room and now I have extra spending cash too! Planning a US shopping trip with any funds I raise from Kijiji sales. lol. Gives me added incentive to sell the things we don't use/need.

afternoon all.. was up and our early this morning to take advantage of some sales at a michael's across town.. not very impressed and HO will b receiving an email shortly.
did get some great deals... were also awaiting another cold front of snow and wind..blagh.. figured i better get that done before it hits.

Yes more cold. I'm hosting my first Epicure party tomorrow night so I hope it's not too bad here.

DH texted me saying he's only supposed to work 2-3 hours tomorrow because of the cold. Has to go in for paperwork but not any actual work (he primarily works outside).

Thanks all! It is really good to be back Things were not all that great for awhile but life is funny sometimes... I guess I just had to go through a really rough time in order to come out on the other side. I'm ridiculously happy with everything right now!

We're heading into another deep freeze here, too, and I'm not looking forward to it. Down with winter!!!!

Gracesmommy- how exciting!! Are you going to post pics when your kitchen is all done?
