Hi folks! Happy New Year! I'm doing a few "this-annoys-me-every-day" kind of chores. It has snowed for all day yesterday and today. VERY cold for here but nothing compared to what you people are describing! We're also tackling laundry in non-prime time. My mother always used to say that if you didn't get the laundry done on New Year's Eve, you'd be facing it all year. Well, in my mind, laundry will happen all year long anyway!
I'm filing receipts that I should have been organizing all year! YAWN!
I went through about 20 flyers last night cutting out the coups that are still valid. So organizing my coupon album is on the "to-do" list.

Hi Lynn - great minds think at the same time of the day! I couldn't sleep either - I actually WAS playing "Candy Crush" until the wee hours! Dh let me sleep and I was supposed to go with him to the dr. this morning!
Our littlest dog, MAX, has to go back to get his liver enzymes checked again today - the vet found that he had a liver problem about a month ago so he's been having "pill treats" every day for a month. He doesn't seem any worse for wear though - he's barking at the flyer delivery person as we speak!
Have a great day! It's sunny but chilly today! Yay sun!

finally had a good night sleep last night. 10-9 this morning.. felt great. up and got a few groceries. tackle a couple of loads today of laundry.. have a relaxing weekend hopefully.

Poor Max, I hope he gets better; it doesn't seem to affect his barking though, does it?
Hubby left to baby-sit our grandson and left me asleep long enough for our DD to get to work and place her usual call to me at 8:15...so no sleeping in, unfortunately. I did finally get to sleep, but whoa, bad dreams! That'll teach me for playing "Fates Carnival" from BFG before I go to sleep! The games are 4.99 now, so I'm picking a few up. I love those adventure games that have you figuring out where to go when, what 'tools' to use, then they throw in some HOG games, and others I sometimes have to 'skip'...

Very cold today, but over the next week or so, in the minus single digits, so it'll be a nice change...stay warm everyone!! Just makes me so sad...I'm not sure where it was (Montreal?) but a woman was found frozen to death just steps away from her home....
