    You must not be superstitious.

    I'm usually not but I do have a few that I can bring myself to break. lol. My mom always said doing laundry on New Year's Day is bad luck so I always make sure everything is clean on the 31st.

    That and I can't put up a new calendar until Jan 1st (even if it's one of those 16 months one).

    Today has been pretty chill for us. Played with the kids, went sledding in the backyard, finished most of DS's room (now we just have to get a new curtain - his blind is pretty much toast). Lasagna is in the over and starting to smell YUMMY (we are way to sick of ham, turkey and roasts).

    Tomorrow it's a girls day (the boys have to be at work and preschool) so DD and I have some shopping and maybe a movie in store.

    -35 this morning, hubby drove to the kids' house to babysit our grandson and was going to take him to Science North, but DD's Honda wouldn't start and it was at the end of the driveway, so her hubby couldn't get his truck out, so...he had to take our car, drive her to work and then go to his office. So, no SN, and no picking me up to help out there. Not that grandpa needs help, he's great with our grandson, but gosh, he'll be exhausted.

    Temps should be up to -5 to -7 on the weekend....
