sounds like you had a nice day of family memories Lee, great picture of your dear old dad........
I got my pass for the Q Beach Party too!!! Glad to get it. I'm sure the place will be packed up tight - it would be anyways for the bands but the trips will bring a lot more people out!
Did you hear about Rob Ford tweeting to remember to turn your clocks back an hour last night!!! lol

Bokchoy, with garlic (two big gobs of the minced stuff works), two good splashes of olive oil, seasoning salt and the secret ingredient...
Ponzu sauce (Soya and citrus), I buy the Kikkoman stuff.
Quarter it, bag it, shake it, grill
Surprising, takes a bit of time, at least 12 to 15 minutes, 20 on the side of a hot grill!
I have made it from scratch, also sometimes add ginger, but too easy to just take what's in the fridge, we have it more than once a week.
If I can't do it on the grill then I do it in a Wok or fry pan. Better on the grill.

If you choose to make it yourself, I recommend light soy sauce, you will need to add some sweetness with the citrus.
Mirin works well, or plain white sugar. Use lemon or lime or both! Fresh ginger is always welcome in my book.
Make it first, when you think it is good, keep it in the fridge for another day, it will be better!
Cheers
