In my experience, this is a terrible program (but I know it has worked for others).

I have been waiting for my airmiles for months, plus in June, the toolbar 'froze' and stopped recording my searches. So, I gave up.

I try to avoid Airmiles.ca programs as much as I can: aside from this faulty search program, many times I was never credited for purchases at i made at the airmiles shops that I just gave up and make sure to warn everyone I can to avoid it too

I had that problem one month . I had to reinstall the toolbar and then it worked fine.

it won't count any of my searches as valid!!! earlier today, only every 2nd one counted. now none are counting. and they are valid, i looked up my son's school to get the phone number, spent alot of time on the site. never got anything for it. searched "facebook" still nothing. grr argh.

i'm going to uninstall the damn thing pretty soon.

Been having problems with the toolbar as well. My silly computer decided to reboot one day ( Windows & their automatic updates) & installed the AVG toolbar. Anyone have ideas how I can uninstall the blasted thing? I managed to get the airmiles toolbar uninstalled & reinstalled, but I can`t stand having all that junk (toolbars) cluttering my screen.

You can disable the AVG toolbar by right clicking it and then unselecting it. You should be able to find it somewhere in your programs files and uninstall it for good too.
