same here. i only had 32 searches but was able to use it for months then finally it worked again and now stuck on 32 searches. i think i am just gonna delete it and not even bother with it anymore. to much of a hassle.

I forgot to use airmiles when I made purchases on amazon.. is there anyway to get them now?

Mine hasn't worked for the past week now! GRRR I keep contacting Airmiles and then I get all these e-mail from different parts of the company saying " you matter has been escalated to the proper department and will be dealt with shortly" . SO I'm not receiving miles right now and my previously earned miles haven't been added to my account and my balance has been restarted for this month! JEEZE! NOT HAPPY

Mine hasn't worked for the past week now! I was sent an email after I complained they needed info from me so responded then I thought I would get my missing 5 Airmiles but no they responded back they were sending it to higher authority.

I sent them an email, and a couple weeks later they emailed me back saying it was added to my account. No problems at all, and I thought it was pretty good customer service...

My toolbar also restarted this month (I was at 256 searches ... grrr!). I had to uninstall and re-install the toolbar because it wasn't counting anymore. We'll see how many miles I get for November, but I'm not holding my breath, since I still haven't gotten my missing 5AM from October.

I think the toolbar is totally messed up. I have been back and forth via email with service. They have no idea how to fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled at Dec. 1st (didn't want to lose the 181 searches for Nov that I did get in). Still not working and no communication from them in 2 weeks. I think it's toast for the moment. I'll keep checking it by doing a search every day or two to see if it starts working and will post if it does but not holding my breath!

Mine doesn't count it immediately anymore like it used it

Now it counts it like 15 minutes later

Mine doesnt seem to be counting at all, I did my GSN searches over 30 mins ago and none of them show

That is how mine is working but I still got my air miles for November.

must be a problem in there system maybe we are so many that it has slowing them down.

Mine is counting slow as well and there is no you earned example 20 airmiles anymore. No november miles for me yet but early days
