my count isnt working...

When you do a search you have to wait for a little bit for it to register so don't search too soon and let the page completely load before you follow any links or reload the page. Sometimes it doesn't seem to load at all so if I see my count is not going up I don't bother doing the searches with the airmiles tool bar and try again later.

If it's never working click the help (far right on the toolbar) and follow the links there to see if you can get the problem solved.

Hey, AirMiles - you ought to be ashamed. This is an extremely poorly written piece of software, backed by support as customer friendly as a grizzly bear with a chainsaw.

Same here! I am so close to being a gold memeber (that kinda sounded Autin Powerish) this year that I really need those 5 miles! I am going to e-mail them now. I hear they credit those missing airmiles no problem.

I only got 20 miles even though I had over 360 searches. My searches were wiped out around the middle of October to zero after reinstalling the toolbar I now have a conflict with Windows Live, I sent an e-mail and got a repsonse asking 10 different question plus they want screenshots of the error message from Windows Live and want to know what my cookies are set at, like I would know that, if I was a computer tech I wouldn't need to ask them question in the first place. I believe I am done with Airmiles lame excuse for software and their less than fair toolbar searches.

If you don't complain they won't realize anything is wrong and keep making the same mistake.I sent a complaint.
