Yes, got that also, since 2-3 days. I have googled for it before and nothing at all, but today it seems to appear on Google. Seems like a dozen of people had the same problem, but so far, no one knows what's the deal with it...if you have something, please let me know! Hope it's not a spybot-ware-fuc?er...

I have the same problem for several days, but it seems only appear when I use firefox, I have no problem when using Safari.

by the way, haven't got my December search airmiles, I wonder if there's something wrong with my toolbar, the searches did show up after a while

I am getting this message too using Firefox every time I go to a website where the other message about earning air miles for shopping would come up. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

Don't bother downloading. it's buggy, slow and doesn't credit the searches correctly. it also interferes with the brower's operations. overall, a very badly designed piece of code.

A week ago Iasked for my November miles as I never got them. I'm also missing December but havn't mentioned that yet as hate to confuse them. I'm pretty much sick of the toolbar

i haven't received my toolbar airmiles for Dec. either, i only got 25 miles for November instead of 30. it's weird, now it's Feb. already....

I also did not get December airmiles yet, it says so many of my searches are invalid - I have given up on it

I installed this last December and I didn't get any airmiles whatsoever for it... none of my searches were valid!

Wrote in on the airmiles site as they have a category in contact us that address's missing tool bar miles. I have just received both Novembers and Decembers. January isn't in yet but on the first of March I will send in for those. I had written in on Jan 30 so it took 2 weeks.A little work paid off

Been doing all my searches through it for a month now.. thought you were suppose to get so many miles for each month's worth of searching.. as of now.. No change in my total.. But it is a quick search engine.. Thanx again!
