Are you having trouble typing in the forums???

I'm just wondering if anyone else is having the same issues that I'm having. When I want to type in a thread, not posting a new thread, and not anywhere else, no website, not when I'm giving reps, ONLY when I'm replying in a thread, the keyboard skips letters, or words mesh together. It seems I can get 4 or 5 keystrokes, then it will skip the next 2 or 3, then start up again. It doesn't matter if it's a letter, number or even a space. It has been happening for the past week and it's extremely annoying!!!!

Not me now, but something similar has happened to me in the past - quite a few times.

It gets fixed for me after I first try a total computer shutdown, and I do Spybot and Malwarebytes scans.

Yes! I thought it's because I'm only using my ipad now! What's happening to me, is I type a few letters, and nothing happens; a few seconds elapse, then the typing catches up!
Very aggravating.

I shut down my computer totally, then restarted it.....nothing....same old stuff, it's sad, takes me 10 minutes to type a single response in a thread. So, I'm sorry if my posts are filled with spelling mistakes and not much punctuation, I don't always catch it all, and we all know how well auto correct works!

YES! So glad it isnt just me. I get so frustrated at my computer / the forum that I usually have to walk away and take a few deep breaths! LOL I usually switch to mobile to respond as on my laptop it never seems to work.

Hm...so I'm getting the impression that it could be my ipad....I'll only confirm that when I can get back on the computer...someday..

Do you all perform regular virus scans?
I've found that it makes a huge difference, you never know what's lurking out there...

I get this too grrrrrr. If I run scans while I'm here, it's fine. But weird. And annoying.

This happens to me too but only on the laptop..... Very strange...! Hmmmmm. But very very annoying. I hate it when it happens.

I have an excellent "PAID FOR" virus scanner/protector, so I know it's not that. I've shut down my laptop and restarted it, AND I've tried on my ipad, it doesn't matter, it seems to be an issue with this forum, it's darn annoying. I hate not posting in all the threads I want to but it's coming to that

Thank goodness I am not crazy. It happens to me only on my desk top so I will only comment while using my iPad. Seriously I thought it was just me.
