Nice vacation, Dan! As for 'too much booze', prior to my fall I'd be able to sip through a bottle of white wine outside reading or watching tv, NFL games, but two day ago I was outside and hubby brought me a glass of wine.....whoa! Now it's one glass and, "Hello, sailor!"

Just got got settled back in after being abused at physio, lol, but coming along nicely....I can now walk, as in making walking movements with that injured leg, but still most of my weight on my arms, clutching my walker with a death-grip. Now I have to practice relying less on my arms, and using that leg more before I graduate to a cane. What a long process!

I hope you all can take moment and give your ability to walk a little "thank you!" today...

Nat, glad you got a little respite, at least, from that heat...it's been a lovely moderate summer here, but we're heading into a rainy week....

Welcome back dan! Sounds like you did your vacation right!
Lynn, I think you are making great progress. I keep thinking you would have been in the cast longer, so great for that part. Not much to chatter about today, I rose very early after staying up way too late on Sunday night. Cooked a bit, ate a bit, then crashed ( was supposed to be a nap....but hee hee, I woke up around 6:30 p.m. )

Happy to hear your vacation was great Dan. Welcome back. Morning everyone. Been resting the past few days, more sleeping than awake. I think I overdid thing. Sometimes a person forgets and just does the go, go, go thing trying to catch up with life, meanwhile we forget about our health. I'm so tired of constantly remembering about my problems, I truly thought this summer would be a great one for me, but.....as usual, I went down. Just a short time though I'm back!

Hi All,
Had no internet yesterday, not sure if it was due to all the rain, or maybe they were just fixing it.
Anyways glad to have it back today.

It's ok there but I quit yesterday because I hurt my back but I liked it overall. I also have given notice to my landlord that I'm moving at the end of sept to a smaller place(can use my last months rent to pay for sept) andam canceling my net at end of this month but will still use at library lol. By the way the breakfast isn't that bad but the eggs are of course frozen pattys from a big box that get put on a sheet tray 12 to a tray and put in oven for about 8 mins.
