I have egg molds for boiled eggs. You peel it while it's still hot, put it in the mold and refrigerate. Open the mold later and you have an egg shaped like a car or a fish!

They don't work well with really big eggs, but medium work perfectly.

There is no fresh shrimp in winter. So you can buy fresh shrimp in the right time , put them into plastic bottle, and store them in the refrigerator. Even in the winter, it tastes still be good.

    Rose tarts
can do i.e.apples with a custard filling or ham with an egg filling, lots of possibilities

    • [1] Place 1 slice of apple on the left-hand end of your chopping board, flat side towards you.
    • [2] Lay the next slice so that it overlaps the first by half.
    • [3] Continue in this manner until there are 12 slices laid into a single strip
    • Roll up the apple slices, starting from the left hand side of the board. The overlaps will help keep everything together. Drop the resulting roses gently into each cup.
