HOT: Our book fair at school, spent a good 30 hours volunteering this week to help put it together and we sold $2000, not bad for a school of 140

NOT: The house now looks like a bomb went off in it (oh well )

HOT: today is DH and my anniversary! Plus he finally got an interview with a major employer! He's been trying to get into the company for years. *fingers crossed*

NOT: DS has been so sick. His breathing got really bad so I took him to the hospital and he spent a day there on nebulizers. He's now on ventilon every 4 hours and also on steroids. Poor guy! Hoping he gets over this thing quickly!

HOT: LO allowed me to brush and floss her teeth all week!

NOT: Someone hit our car on the highway today, causing several thousand dollars worth of damage.

Hot: I added a 4 foot snowman to my snowman collection! The kids and I have named him frosty

I also got a new client today, I'll be seeing her 3 times daily... she's awesome! I've fallen totally in love with her already!!

Not: DS has gotten in trouble at school every day this week

NOT: we kinda had "winter" this week. Blowing snow, icy roads, people who forgot how to drive...
HOT: We are supposed to have "spring" on the weekend, rain and mild temperatures

I swear. 2014 is one crazy, crazy year

Hot: I got a lot of my Christmas gifts wrapped up and ready to go.
Not: I lost my keys somewhere today and have been going crazy trying to find them.

(First get the bad things out of the way)
NOT:
- Today is one year since I lost my Dad.
- My friend's 6 yr old dog died of a heart attack while playing in the park on Tues (I had been playing with her Mon night and she seemed fine)
- Lily dog has been dealing with an abscess that doesn't want to heal for about a month now (we're on round 3 of antibiotics)

(Now some good news)
HOT:
- tomorrow I'm meeting up for lunch with some SCers
- at the vet visit yesterday, the Dr thinks this last round of antibiotics will finally (!) clear up the abscess
- both Lily dog and Quincy cat are happy and bouncy (& demanding of my attention), even if annoyed by the cold weather

hot: getting rid of items on kijiji made 12.00-better getting small amounts than donating all my stuff(I still donate)
-saved money on gas haven't gone out in 3 days now -the this canadiancrazy winter already

not: my gums are still flaring up the odd time had surgery a month and a half ago

Hot: I bought a 7 foot unlit Christmas tree at Target for $25.00 today
Not: My stomach is rumbling, feel nauseated, ran to the bathroom three times if you know what I mean. Hopefully it passes soon.

Not Hot: major stressing over a for sure vote to Strike at DH work ( none in over 30 years )

Hot: Him returning from the Union meeting today with a YES vote on the new contract!! ( good for 5 years and then he's outa there!! )

Hot: I bought a 7.5 foot Christmas tree at Home Depot on sale. My first large Christmas tree. The previous one I owned is 4 to 4.5 feet.

Not: Icy roads and sidewalks

Well for every ones that have not so hot things happenning, sorry for you and hope things will get better.

Now the not so hot is like some of you. Spring over the weekend, melted have of the snow. It was very nice thou. Now, winter is back full force. Icy road, very dangerous. We are kind of use to this but we know what's next, icy road again.

The hot thing is we had a last minute decition and went out of town. The weather was really nice and the road were all cleard. We had so much fun and dicided to go back in december 27, 28 to have a XMass with them also. We are so bless for our family and friends, I have to stop think sometimes to thank God as thei are so important in our lives.
