Unusual for us to have something other than a sandwich for lunch on a weekend, but today it was bacon and eggs over easy.

This is what we had for turkey lunch. This lunch cost $6.50 no tx. Started with tomato juice, then we were served the main meal: generous helpingof turkey, extremely generous helping of Tortiere, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, 2 large boulettes de pates de cochon (french canadian dish which is meat balls made with pig`s feet, very very delicious); cole slaw, marinated beets and pickles. After the meal we had dessert which was homemade maple sugar cones, chocolates and a large piece of maple syrup pie topped with meringue! Plus coffee or tea.
