Similar situation happened in my second year of Uni. Such a pain! Hopefully it gets resolved quickly and you can graduate without too much delay.

I really hope so! I'm hoping they give the TAs what they are asking for so we can resume... Luckily I'm only in my second year so I can probably make the classes up dring the summer if it doesn't resolve itself quickly. But it still really stinks.

I let someone borrow something once & now she expects me to let her use it whenever she feels like.

On a related note, another person who borrowed something is annoyed someone else is using it & has to spend money now.

Sigh. Both these people have way more $ than I do, but somehow I end up paying for stuff.

    I feel your pain.

I take Benadryl total every night before bed. If I forget I'm sniffling and sneezing most the night and I wake up with a massive sinus head ache.

I wish I could find something to take in the daytime because the Benadryl total makes you drowsy so I can only take it at night.

    Lola, I think there's a non-drowsy formulation of Benadryl.

Seriously do people really need cartfuls of Blue Menu veggies? I know it's an awesome deal with the points and people will justify buying tons by saying they're going to donate them, don't expire, etc but I just want a freaking can of peas and those are the only ones I've found that don't taste like green mush.

well, yes actually if I make chili for the 5 of us and want it to last a few meals then it will take numerous cans of beans to make that one batch. So if RCSS has these cans on for .99 and PCPlus wants to pay me to take them home then absolutely I will grab as many as I like. I am sure you will now be able to get your can of peas as this offer is now gone from the PC site.

i used to take a tylenol cold and sinus tab to help me get through (i have fall allergies.. and where i love winter is basically a very very long fall lol) until it felt like my body was rejecting the tylenol (i never took over the max dose.. but like 20 min after taking one my sinuses would feel better but i would feel sick and sweaty) finally after a near teary breakdown with hubby he went to the pharmacy and they suggested something OTC (no need for a perscription you just have to ask at the pharmacy) and it was a godsend it's basically the same drug thats in the cold and sinus tab without the tylenol and it's a 12hr product and it had none of the problematic side effects

Should edit my op but I wasn't referring to people who are buying what they'll use and getting a great deal, its the people buying tons just because they end up being free.

Usually in the summer time - worst time for allergies for me cause of ragweed I sometimes ask for the OTC version of Eltor because it contains 120mg of Pseudoephedrine. I am always careful with it because I had a previous drug addiction and meth is made from it. I noticed in the USA that they have nasal spray over the counter hoping I can drive to the USA in the spring and grab some.

yup that's the stuff! it's a 12hr but i find i can get away with just 1 for a day and not get the bad side effects too my tylenol gives me when i've taken it for too long (and i can't physically handle advil.. it's too hard on my system)

Last night two cans of pepsi exploded all over my kitchen floor, part of the walls, fridge and stove! A relative dropped by, with a few cans that looked like they had been sitting in the car, in the cold. Expanded type cans. He accidently drops them on the floor and it was like a geyser spraying everywhere. He said "Whoops, sorry" and left. What a sticky, frickin mess. It took a long time washing it all off and I ended up mopping the kitchen floor late last night.

God! I would have snapped lol. One time, I was cooking, and I spilled vegetable oil all over our kitchen floor! UGH it was a pain to clean up and mop! I mopped the floor like a 100 times before I thought all the oil was off!
