    Damn. I saw a ton today but there were no price tags.

    Bought a few things at target today...

    Found a Blue Jays youths cap after scavenging in a pile of clothes (Don`t ask) Tag said 18.99, price checker said reduced to $13, rang up at $33
    Cashier was agitated and seemed depressed, she's like do you know how much it is?
    ...Could have been a brat, but I played nice and said it was $12.

    Bought myself a bathing suit. Bought DD a bathing suit for next summer. All pieces were $4.50 ish

    I cannot believe I took my mom's credit...bad daughter HA..it was my mom's found. I went there again and got Sonia Kashuk strippling brush for just $2, regular $9.99. It was lying around alone hidden within 'masses'. Also got Phillip Airfloss refill for $2. I had previously found my poor airfloss on carpet yuck and it was my evil bro and def. needed a new cleaned refilled.

    I've been coveting a kitchen scale for awhile now - there are some recipes that you really need a scale for rather than measuring cups. Anyway, I had researched one and found it at Canadian Tire. I was more than prepared to pay the $26.99 for it (birthday money) but lucky me, it was on sale for $14.88 yesterday

    Shoppers - Lower Jarvis - Toronto
    5 x $1 each L'Oreal wipes
    3 x $ 1 each Nivea wipes , both clearance

    Loblaws - 127 g 3 types of Gold Bond on sale for $6.99 each, purchased 2, an aloe and a chamomile and used 2 print $5 off cpns. $1.99 each.

    Also grabbed my free box of Special K Granola with the promotion mailed cpn. I also had a Free Product no value limit from Kelloggs, any size, any kind so I got the 935g Jumbo Just Right cereal $8.99 for free.

    We eat a ton of cereal so I figured why not jump on the new free product Kelloggs promo as well. 525g All Brans were on 2/$7 and I used 2 x $1 off any All Bran ($2.50 each) and both boxes have the fpc inside for 2 more free boxes.

    Enjoy your long weekend, Passover, and Easter all.

    Plastic tool sets for DS's construction party for $0.40 each!

    Below is a pic of what they look like (I really need to update my iPod so I can post my own pics again).

    I keep saying I'm done buying things for the favor buckets (kids are getting a bucket, 3 different shovels, a truck, a learn to read construction book) but I saw these and couldn't resist.

    Tool set for $1 - 60% = $0.40 for each little bag of tools.

    $1 itself is a great deal but -60% is amazing! I found this gem at Big Deals. I don't go there often but with Target closed I have to get my fix somehow. lol. The girl said they shouldn't be with the 60% off items but she gave them to me because there was a whole basket of them right beside the 60% Easter items sign.

    I went to the Peak freens cookie outlet in Toronto and got a huge bag of chips ahoy (4 cookies to a pack) for $6. The problem is some of the packs are stuck together and others have the wrong number of cookies in them. But I don't care! Cookies are cookies and these were so cheap! So I tried my very first couponing groceries trip. I think it went fairly well,

    SOF
    Bananas .77/lb - .50 cb from CO51
    10lb potatoes 5.98 only paid 3.50 as I signed up for SOF membership at the till
    fat free sour cream about 5.50? price matched to Sobeys 2.00 - .50 printed coupon
    AirWick Freshomatic Reg 12.99 on sale 11.99 -15.96 rebate
    2x300ml Herbal essence reg? price match to WM 2.49 each - 3$ printed coupons
    I must be wrong on some of these prices... I know that bill came to 16.91 before tax
    (unfortunetly it has been whisked away for my MIR so I cant find exact)

    Total = 0.46 before tax

    LD
    2x Ladies Secret stick deoderant Reg 4.5? on sale 2/5 -2 & 2x1.50 printed coupons =both free
    Neutrogina Norwedgian hand cream reg? on sale 9.99 BOGO found twin packs on same sale - 3 printed coupon= 4 for 7$
    Speed Stick gear reg? price match to Rexall 3.99 - 2$ printed coupon
    Annabelle stay sharp eye liner reg 10.99 on sale 5.99 - 4$ printed coupon
    Aveno body wash reg? on sale 5.99 -3$ printed coupons

    Total = 13.97 before tax

    Sobeys
    Tide simply clean & fresh 1.18l reg? on sale 3.99 -2$ printed coupon
    Fruit Activ bars reg 3$ each on sale 3/4 2 BOGO coupons
    Astro Athentikos greek yogurt 500ml reg? on sale 3.49 -1.5$ printed coupon

    Total = 7.85 before tax

    Mind you I went shopping on the first so forgive me if the prices aren't exact as I'm going off memory here (I think there was another cash back from Zweer in there somewhere for .25... maybe the airwick?)

    I figured out that had I not price adjusted etc my trip would have cost around 150$

    But after price-match, coupon, cash back, MIR
    I ended up paying about $22.27

    All in all pretty proud of my first trip,

    Thanks to everyone I learned from while lurking
