Yes that's normal these are last week's offers. The offer cycle runs from Saturday to Friday of the next week . Today is the last day to use last week's personalised offers.

it actually means that if you spend $40, that is an automatic 400 base points, then in 5 days, you would get the rest which is 19x400=7600

So the actual answer to your question is yes :D

Just checked....on both cards, there are Friday only offers 20x points WUS $75 ... I won't be using either one, but I am pretty gosh darn happy to see the Friday offers are still happening!!!

Lol. No need to get embarrassed. It gets very confusing sometimes.
The 20x pts will be applied to your base points. For example, if you purchased $40 worth of stuff your base points will be 400 (40 × 10) and your 20x pts will be applied to 400 0ts. Since you already got 400 pts, now you will get 19x400 pts added later. In the end you will have gotten 400 base pts + 400×19 added later pts.

You can use your smaller offers including that mascara offer in your $40 purchase but you will not be able to use your food and snack coupon in this transaction.

I redeemed this week. The .49 soup coupon was rejected and I had to pay full price. However, the 8000k wus 30.00 on food and snacks now shows that I used it but they, of course, didn't give me the 8000 pts. Sucks that it took away my chance to use the coupon later because I redeemed.
