Polls are closed in the Maritimes now, an hour and a half until the big numbers start rolling in. Liberals are looking to make some big gains in this region though and every seat counts if they're going to squeak past the 170 needed.

Liberals are pulling in 66% of the vote so far. That's unreal.

Polltracker had both the NDP and the Conservatives with 3 seats each, but the NDP and CPC look to come away with nada. If this continues into Quebec and Ontario the Liberal majority won't be small at all.

Another half hour before we start to see the big numbers roll in. Cracking a beer.

Listening to CBC Radio and a very excellent observation made by one of the commenters. In the last election the Liberals were reduced to just 34 seats. Coming out of Atlantic Canada the Liberals already have almost that amount and we're just 10% of the seats. Now that's a reversal of fortunes.

CBC now has the Liberals ahead in one riding in Quebec which reports earlier due to their time zone. Liberals at 33/33 now.
