I've had what I call a dizzy day - my Meniere's acting up yesterday and today, me being unbalanced and with occasional stabbing ear pain - ick. It just comes when it feels like, so it's a pain (oy, literally!)

Husband is working late - yes, even though it's Friday, he just wants what he's working on to be done. When I talked with him, it was all echoey - so I said, where are you, in a huge empty warehouse or something? Uh, yes he was...

So I've left supper plans til he calls saying he's done (he's about 30 minutes away) - because I often feel nauseated when I'm like this - it will be either takeout Chinese (I'm craving veggies) or by then if I'm not feeling good, it will be soup an eggs. Very good thing that my husband doesn't care - as long as he'd fed.

I'm sipping on ginger ale, but a cosmo wouldn't go amiss...

Ouch. I know exactly the pain you're feeling. I have Meniere's as well, but I've been lucky enough not to have an attack in about 20 years. It's really not fun !!! Feel better.

That's amazing - any idea what kept it away! I can go months and months with nothing, then bang!
It was a crappy evening, it didn't get any better. Hoping today is better!

I have no idea. For about 5 years, I was getting attacks regularly, then they just stopped.
I pray they never come back.
I hope today is a much better day for you.

Good morning!! Oops...Afternoon!!

I'll be painting our bathroom door today..just freshening a few things up. I'll probably do more even if things don't exactly need it because once I have a paintbrush in my hand, anything that doesn't move may get painted! I love painting!!!

When we moved to Montreal, I had to pick the cats up from Customs and declare a value for them...

There was me, 4 Customs Officers and about 8 truckers trying to decide how much a pet was worth ...

We ended up with a token $10 each...

That reminds me of the Master Card commercial, Penguin.......getting your pets back through customs - priceless!
