did a little more "boxing day" shopping then stopped at my parents for lunch - rice, soup, stir fried bok choy with beef. 3 small chocolate - wanted more but didn't want to over do it then my blood sugar would spike higher. Then mom packed a small container with chicken curry for me to take home.
