Ok, so for dinner tonight I had Beer.
Wasn't really my fault . I worked late (violins? . .) and one of my clients that moved in locally is a musician, and he formed a new band. SO it was open mike at our Cultural Centre and his Band was the Host band.
What's a girl to do, right? I had to support my client, being new to the area and all . . .
No food there. Had to make do. . .

Well my DH got pulled up on stage to sing along with the band (picture middle aged white guy- no rhythm, plays no instrument, and can't hold a note)
I was trying to video it whilst laughing hysterically. If your DH is up to that. . . your welcome to join us next time! LOL!

I have a pork roast in the fridge so I think I'll put that in the slow cooker and add veggies, maybe a can of stewed tomatoes, lots of spices etc and cook on high and it should be ready by the time I get home

Spaghetti with meat sauce. I had a ground pork meatloaf frozen which I had made too solid (do you know what I mean?), so I sliced and diced it up into some Hunt's thick and rich garlic and herb sauce. I heated the sauce slowly in the oven, so the meatloaf bits were nice and soft, and it was really yummy.

Last night DH had beer as all the guys got together for a hockey game on our slough. I had a plant protein salad topped with a deli 5 bean salad. Tonight is leftover beef roast sliced up with mushrooms and onions topped with gravy simmering in the crockpot and fried potatoes. I'll be having another plant protein salad with some cheddar cheese.
Just call me Wolfie

For dinner tonight I think I will ask DH to make spaghetti with meat sauce, as the sauce is simmering. I know a salad would also go nicely.
