..I have a pork roast in the fridge that I was going to use to make pulled pork, however, it's suppose to be a fairly mild afternoon (+8 ) so I might have a bbq this evening and still cook the roast in the slow cooker to have pulled pork for tomorrow....

I tried to copy a Bruchetta pizza our local pizza shop used to offer. It was not a perfect replica but it was good.

Spaghetti and meat balls, garlic bread and Caesar salad. Chocolate cake for dessert.

..I had a productive afternoon in the kitchen, made those anything goes becel cookie recipe, this time I used a mixture of Hershey butterscotch and milk chocolate chips, I made another batch of morning glory muffins (they are soooo good) I had some touton dough to use up so I made 2 pizzas (the crust is just like fresh bread) ham, salami, pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, yellow pepper & fresh pineapple...and I just scooped the pulled pork out of the slow cooker (added some of the pineapple towards the last half-hour) so I have enough food now for a couple+ days

Not sure yet, might do some cooking today for the week as it looks like it will be busy week. Mom needs something to take to work so thinking of making BBQ Meatballs using homemade meatballs from the freezer and it will served with leftover mashed potatoes we have in the fridge.

Prepped tonights dinner and it's ready to pop in oven later today.
We are eating from the freezer/pantry so:

homemade potato wedges

garden salad

Roast beef on sale at Sobeys with carrots and potatoes around it, cauliflower, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

...didn't have to cook this evening which was nice..leftover pizza from yesterday and pulled pork piled high on toasted buns with lots of grated old cheddar...
