FOLLOW-UP:

I contacted Reckitt Benckiser Consumer Relations 1-800-888-0192 regarding the missing online option to submit 694K6. They are also experiencing confusion, as they are aware the paper submit copy exists on smartsaver.ca and the form was also available from their AW Facebook page, but the code 694K6 has still not appeared on their online system.

Consumer Relations has no additional information as to why the code 694K6 has still not appeared, but investigation continues. They indicate if we purchase the product according to the dates, the rebate will be honored.

The mail-in option to PO Box 13694 continues to be an option for submission. All those who submit by mail-in will be refunded with no issue.

As far as online, 2 options exists:
i. Wait for 694K6 to appear online (no indication as to when this will be fixed) OR
ii. Contact Consumer Relations, register your name & address for the AW Touch & Glow rebate, and receive a reference #. They will provide an email address for you to submit the request for rebate. When submitting request for rebate to the email, we are to provide our name & address, plus attach the receipt with UPC and purchase amount circled.

Since the submission deadline is not till July 15th, I'm waiting for option (i) but will fall back on option (ii) as a backup.

STILL AN ISSUE
This update does not address the concern raised by ashoo regarding 2 different dated AW Rebate's mail In forms with the same PO Box of 13694:

699K6 (RESOLVE GOLD OXI-ACTION IN-WASH STAIN REMOVER REFUND)

This one and 685K6 has overlapping dates. Not sure how this is going to work out. It shouldn't be a problem since it is a different rebate number.
