Had lunch with my aunt. Pulled pork sandwich, pot roast soup(tiny portion lol) and caser salad at Montana's which was all really good. She was really happy I could use my employee discount at work. Paint that is normally $67 for $25.

@22hicks...great pictures. They aren't the prettiest things in the lake, are they? DH said the shell the young lad was holding was about 1' wide, but that was enough to keep the kids out of that swampy area at the east end of the campground!
Isn't it so great for kids and grown-ups, too, to be out there so close to nature. Our Grandson always has some critter or other in his bucket, but since he's a "Ranger" now, he releases them unharmed. Last week he even brought a butterfly home in his back-pack because its wings were all "shredded" when he found it. He thought it would be safer for it to be let out in their yard than the school-yard. And yes, our DD said it was still alive when he took it out and put it on the tree.
I hope you try those cookies, Hicks!!!
Well, DH, our Grandson and myself just got back from the "Dory" movie; I just had to see it and he still hadn't so it was a good opportunity to go. I guess we missed, "Through The Looking Glass", but DD said she'd buy it from itunes so we'll get to see it.
Good night, everyone!

Lynn, so is Dory better or worse than Finding Nemo? I've heard it both ways...

@Natalka , if you like the character, "Dory", then you're going to love her just as much or, for me, even more than I did in Finding Nemo. Her character is more developed and the fact that she has short-term memory loss isn't...how shall I say this...isn't the butt of jokes, but it's handled in a very sympathetic manner in spite of the humour.
I loved it, as did my DH and our Grandson! New characters, and oh, those otters!! HUG TIME!!

I hope to see it soon, Lynn!
I slept from midnight until 2 - I guess I woke up and called my husband, who wasn't in bed yet. I had had a bad dream, and he was asking me what I was talking about, in Ukrainian. Well, I'm not fluent in Ukr., so I can't imagine what the heck I was saying and didn't remember the dream.... bizarro!

SO funny to find this pic, as we were torturing the cats about tuna yesterday...
Have a great day, everyone! It's going to be another hot one here.
