Thanks Rocko, is this only for online shopping? My husband and kids order all the time from Amazon.ca...I just never think of ebates, thanks for the reminder... Every dollar adds up! I'm surprised Lowe's isn't on the list, I just bought a Gazebo and cushions for outside, fantastic deals up to 70% off. The Gazebo (12x10) was over $1000 got it for $319.00 cheaper than replacement parts, I called the store and they said they were sold out everywhere in Ottawa, my husband said lets go take a look anyways, and there was one left!! The man said that they had 5 when I called! Guess some people don't want to be bothered checking and just say everything is sold out!!! I'm so happy I got one!!!

What a heck of a day. So many deals.
-About 50 (YES 50!) 12-boxes of canning lids, some rings, some rubber rings for the old-style fruit jars, some pectin (not even expired!) and some parowax (hello holiday candle making)! FOR FIVE DOLLARS. HECK ON WHEELS. This is worth over $300, easily!
-Starfrit over-the-sink collapsible strainer, 2 pairs of pajama pants and about 6 shirts, Skechers shoes, slippers, Baker's Secret muffin tin, Oneida mandoline, various holiday and birthday cards, nut/shellfish pick tools, 8ish place settings of Lagostina cutlery (plus a few extra partial-settings), fitted twin sheet, gigantic plastic spoon for stirring deep vats of sauce, small vintage Pyrex casserole dish, guitar strings, 3 little spice jars, a home DIY book for women, 1 light on a cord, like used for Christmas villages but looks to be outdoor-safe), two dough scrapers... $7!!
-Pyrex 11in pie plate, two 6 or 7 in vintage Pyrex pie plates, 2 Ikea under-shelf baskets, 2 strings of indoor M5 LEDs, vintage Winnie The Pooh Canada Post stamp pin (went with the 96 release of Pooh stamps in Canada -- I work at a post office!), canvas bag, tape to fasten clothing - $3.50!
-Lazy Susan, some misc steak knives, a large-hole hand held cheese grater, apple corer, things for under the burner, 4-mini-loaf pan (brand new, marked $12 on bottom) - $4!
-One lonely box of 6 Tom Smith Christmas crackers (the fancy kind with less crappy prizes) - 50c!
I'm so sure I'm missing something, but I'll come back and edit if I remember! I can't wait to have my own garage sale and oust all the junk I no longer want because I've upgraded!Last edited by Chantel; Sat, Aug 27th, 2016 at 08:43 PM.
