I'm with you guys! I stopped reading James Patterson a few years ago when he started with the double authors thing. I will occasionally read an Alex Cross but only if it is just Patterson's name on the cover.
And Janet Evanovich, sheesh-I am just now reading 23 and man-same old, same old but I cant stay away LOL
