$1.97 (1.42L) @ Wal Mart (ON) there was a $1.00(?) coupon on Smartsource.ca but it isn't showing up for me at least.

To @savabuck , think the coupon is gone now, but not certain, it is a Smart Source printable coupon and was available through the Coupons section of Smart Canucks

The egg whites are a good price, usually for 2.97 you get 500 ml but this deal is for 1L, have to stock up
You can also freeze egg whites and thaw in the fridge and use.

I went to Sobeys yesterday afternoon, some employees made it more eventful than it should have been. It was their monthly Blue Friday sale. I ultimately spent $113.20 at Sobeys and received 510AM back, which equals $53.68 towards future purchases. I used $11 in coupons and got 25c back from CO51.

I got lots of French mustard for free and some mazola oil thast i paid a .97 each for my church Easter food drive also got 2 bags of the free popcorn for me.
