    oven roasted slices of zucchini and thick cut mushrooms coated with herbs and brushed with a touch of balsamic vinegar and EVOO, 2 oz sauteed/grilled chicken breast ( love my tiny George Foreman machine, great for small grilling jobs )
    and 2 bottles of water.
