2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 c hummus with raw carrots/red pepper, 2 c freshly picked and steamed green beans from the backyard, 1 c steamed broccoli. Spoiled myself and melted 2 Tblsp unsalted butter to drizzle over my greens. 2 bottles of water

Corned beef on a bun and a beer.

Since I had a liquid breakfast I was good and ready for a real meal.
Picked a whack of Swiss chard from out back, steamed it in my wok with a scant bit of sesame oil and teensy drips of soya sauce. I poured my soya sauce into these 2 slender plastic bottles that people use to write on fabric with!! They are perfect for putting small amounts into my stir fry's.
Also had broccoli, snow peas and a Salmon steak....been eating quite a bit of those, so tasty!!

Chicken caesar wrap... they put too many onions in it.... it was all I could taste
