Leftover meat/veggie/bean sauce with marble cheese melted over corn chips with sour cream, sliced cucumber and chocolate milk.

Mmm fresh garden veggies. I fried chopped baby zucchinis in a pan, added yellow pear tomatoes, garlic powder, parsley flakes, and parmesan cheese. I'm eating it with toast and a glass of chocolate milk. Yum.

Finished the last of the stir fry along with long thick slices of grilled zucchini and 3 oz Alaskan Pollock pan sauteed.
For dessert, 1/2 gluten free bagel toasted and 1 slice gluten free toast both smeared with lactose free 0% fat Greek yogurt and sliced strawberries.

Decided to make Chinese food. Fried rice, chicken chop suey, chicken foo young, chicken curry and egg rolls.
