That’s exactly what I did . But still my Points does not show up on their website still is a zero and both cards were merge in stores I will be patient till the end of the week because my shoppers receipt show my points balance yesterday when I swap my card

Has anyone figured out why we can't "Save for next week" or "Don't show again" any of the offers?

I emailed them and I got a reply.

Basically the Week 1 (post conversion) offers are just a bunch of random offers they think you might like. For this reason they've also disabled the "Save for next week" and "Don't show again" buttons temporarily.

Staring in Week 2, you'll start to receive offers based on your purchase history (although they didn't say if that was only your history since conversion, or if it includes the pre-conversion history) and the "Save for next week" and "Don't show again" buttons should be enabled.

can someone refresh my memory please, i haven't redeemed a lot with pcplus before. can you redeem points AND earn points? like if buy $20 worth of pepsi items and i pay with points, will i get the 6000pts?

I did this. I got the 6,000 for $20 of Pepsi products, and I also redeemed 30,000 points in the same transaction, no problem.

Back to RCSS today.
i was able to use my new pc reward points and everything seemed to be working. the staff was smiling again.
i hope they all get bonuses for putting up with irate customers during the fiasco!! maybe they'll give us some bonus points for our time wasted too..... but i doubt either will happen.

Has anyone in the west (I'm in BC) noticed when it is the last day of an offer, it is removed from the PCO card at 6pm local time. That sucks, I was just going to head to Shoppers to get Pepsi and milk and the 10,000 points when you spend $40 has now gone

Yes. Also shows zero points when the cashier printed my receipt to show my previous points balance. Did an inquiry but it did not go through. Got a message ' sorry there was an error. can't process at this time'

Just in case you haven't been able to do your points inquiry (I had the same message all weekend!!), I just tried now and it took my inquiry and gave me this message:

"We have received your points inquiry and will respond within 3 business days."

So, it looks like it's good to go!!
