Canada Post is raising the cost of stamps by 5 cents each as of January 14. Rexall has 10% off a book of 10 x "P" stamps this week, beginning today.

As of January 14, a book of 10 stamps will cost $9.00 plus tax. Today, I paid $7.65 plus tax for each book. Since these stamps do not have a dollar figure printed on them they can be used even after the increase goes into effect.

Not a huge savings but every little bit helps.

    From the Canada Post site:
"The PERMANENT™ stamp, identified with the letter P in place of value, is always accepted at the current domestic postage price. If you buy a PERMANENT stamp today, you can use it any time in the future."

Thanks to those who posted about the Laughing Cow deal!

    Today, I bought:

    4 x LC @ $2.00 each - 4 x $1.50 coupons (tear-pad) = $2.00

    submitted 2 x $1.00 CO51 for the "light" variety = savings of $2.00

It works out to 4 FREE Laughing Cow (2 x light, 2 x regular) . . . makes me feel like laughing, too!

My best deal this week was going to rexall with a $10 off coupon and getting a clearance nivea gift set for free, and getting all that delicious clearance holiday chocolate, plus i also had rewards points and got my vitamins for free.

All in all I got $45 worth of items for under $20. I went a little crazy with the chocolate LOL

Went to Mark's today and was disappointed at the lack of clearance stuff. They currently have a deal on clearance stuff where if you buy 1 item you get 10% off, 2 items 20% off and 3 or more 30% off.

I got a hat for $2.09 and I'm not sure how. It was marked as $17.99 regular, $10.88 clearance, $3 when scanned and $2.09 after 30% off discount

Neck warmer $17.99 regular, $12.98 clearance, $9.09 after 30% off discount

Stretchy pants $59.99 regular, $39.98 clearance, $27.98 after 30% off discount

    Total $44.25

I got a whopping 16 cents in Canadian Tire money!

A good start to 2019 freebies.....10 cartons Driscolls blackberries (pmed Freshco at WM) using 1.00 coupons, 3 SCOP's at SDM-12 pack duracell batteries, Kleenex wetwipes and a tub of peppermint gum. Also at SDM yesterday I told a manager that there were only 2 days on the probiotic yogourt....best before date. They were on 3/$10 so she slapped 5.00 managers stickers on all 3-6 packs. I actually made .66 on each. Last but not least 3 glade car air fresheners reduced to 1.00 at GT. Used 1.00 coupons. The store was giving out free samples of Persil power caps for laundry. Got 3 as I was in the past 3 out of 4 days.
Open an account with Tangerine (ING) using my ORANGE KEY...29564343S1. When you open an account and deposit 100.00 you and I will both receive $25.00. Wait that's not all.....I will also send you 15.00 worth of coupons from your wishlist as a way of saying thanks.

Knorr soup on for .94 cents at No frills and I had 1.00 off each from the fall food box. I bought 10 boxes on clearance for the foodbank and was able to get 10 soups to add to give aware stash. Of course no overage as she entered the coupons as 94 cents. but free is free.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

My first Tuesday shop of the new year and it was a GREAT one!

    RCSS (Trans. #1):
    Swiffer Duster Kit: $3.98(SALE) = $4.50 - $3.00 Coupon - $3.00 CO51 = -$1.50

    Habitant Soups (4): $7.12 - PM(FC; $3.12 OFF) + 2,000Pts(In store; 500Pts/1) = $2.00/4
    Christie Oreos (Family): $4.48 - PM(SDM; $0.49 OFF) - FPC(Complaint; $4.51 OFF) = -$0.51 (Thought it was taxable, was not)
    Powerade (710ml; 4): $4.00 - PM(GT; $0.48 OFF) = $3.98 + 2,400Pts(600Pts/1 Offer) = $1.58/4
    Oasis Juice (960ml; 2): $2.00(SALE) - $1.00(2 @ $0.50 Coupon) = $1.00/2

EDIT: Redeemed 20,000Pts on this order, getting back 9,610Pts total (4,010Pts just from 10% Student)

    RCSS (Trans. #2):
    Laughing Cow Light (2): $7.96 - PM(FC; $3.96 OFF) - $3.00(2 @ $1.50) - $2.00(2 @ $1 CO51) = -$1.00/2

EDIT: Got 600Pts for Student on this order, for 1,000Pts back on a $3.00 order

    Zehrs (Trans. #1):
    Natures Touch Frozen Fruit (10): $40.00(SALE) - 10%($4.00) - $17.50(10 @ $1.75 Coupon) - $17.50(10 @ $1.75 CO51) = $1.00/10

    Zehrs (Trans. #2):
    Natures Touch Frozen Fruit (10): $40.00(SALE) - 10%($4.00) - $17.50(10 @ $1.75 Coupon) - $17.50(10 @ $1.75 CO51) = $1.00/10
    Crest Toothpaste (30): $30.00(SALE) - 10%($3.00) = $30.51 - $30.00(15 @ $2 WUB2) + 6,000Pts(600Pts/$3 Toothpaste) + 6,000Pts(600Pts/$3 Crest OR Oral B) = -$11.49/30

Lady at customer service had a mistake that I didn't notice till I got home. She accidentally put in one of the $2 Crest as $12! So I went back to correct it and pay the extra $10 I should've paid and she was very thankful that I did come back to correct that error.
