...making chicken drummies in the oven, I coat them in a "chicken batter" (dry/flour/spice blend) that I buy locally and the chicken turns out super crispy...and I was just going to have McCain Wedgies but after reading Thatdone post I might make macaroni & cheese....

Oven pork chops with plain rice and oven broccoli

Dinner happened close to 7 p.m. tonight. Not really hungry, but had to get the protein in, so ate a 3 oz. homemade burger ( no bun, used extra lean gr. beef ) and melted one slice of Bocconcini cheese over it. Sliced up cold sauteed skinless/boneless chx. breast and heated up a few large tblsps of Poon approved homemade Shepherd's pie.
2 bottles of water and I was done.

..I cooked a large package of chicken drumsticks yesterday with the intention of making chicken pot pie today from the leftovers, however went to the grocery store this morning and they had mussels, YUMMO!!!!(forget the chicken pot pie!!) so will steam those with garlic & olive oil tomatoes, and toast a baguette with lots of butter and garlic & caesar salad...
