    ..I want to make something fun and exciting, however, after the weekend the fridge is full of leftovers (pizza, lasagna, chicken) so will have to use up all of the leftovers

    had save on foods coupon for local stores in my area only (get a $10 gift card when you spend $20), bought ground beef and pork. Making hamburger helper then later in the week meatballs.

    ..the chicken penne recipe turned out really good..I added mushroom & spinach and added extra milk to make the sauce creamier...this evening pan frying thick cut pork chops with onion & mushrooms (and then broil/bbq in the oven) and making a mango salsa (mango, red onion, basil, bbq sauce, etc) ...and rice

    ..beef short ribs were on sale this morning at the grocery store so cooking those for supper tonite ...and there's leftover pineapple rice from yesterday,,and will also have cooked baby carrots & sauteed spinach & dinner rolls....

    ** picked up my "FREE" Butterball turkey at Foodland using turkey bucks....the turkey was $27.92 and I had $29 in turkey bucks
