What's For Dinner?

Yesterday I made homemade refried beans which I served in tortillas with choices of sour cream, salsa,veggies and cheese. Today I am going to make a quick quiche using grated potato instead of a crust on the bottom-and maybe some cheesy cauliflower potato soup for tomorrow.

Dinner became lunch, so its now Italian sausage and stir fry for dinner.

bbq'd strip loin steak, asparagus & oven baked fries and pineapple rice

Fish and chips are on special at the pub, so that seems very likely.

.only +5 here today so I'm cooking a turkey! a 12 lb Butterball (had 2 in the freezer, so need to cook at least one before it gets too warm) I'm making the full NL jiggs dinner, complete with salt meat, peas pudding, molasses pudding and all the other trimmings....tomorrow will be leftover Hot Turkey and hopefully a couple+ turkey sandwiches during the week...and also hoping to make club sandwich at some point

got a head start on meals for my hard working guys ( they are building a deck, but not from wood. ) So much slugging!
I still have 2 portions in the freezer of " chili lasagna " but I portioned out 2 other things in their glass containers.....1. roast beef, boiled spuds, and corn on the cob , 2. stuffed chicken breasts with a noodle side dish
I cooked up burgers/fat fries/ and did some AirFryer appy's ....which is for eating today as they work on the deck....well, if Mother Nature can just stop pi**ing all over their plans!

BBQ pork tenderloin, curried grilled cauliflower & sugar snap peas.

I am also making a black bean and mango salad and black beans and rice. They are suppose to be for tomorrow's dinner with guests so I best try some tonight.
