I bought another London Broil from the Butcher Shop, so that's for sure. I have lots of mushrooms, leftovers and some fresh greens too.

It must be summer!! BBQ again!
Started the coals around 1:30....right now the skewers are nearly done ( the ones with chunks of pork tenderloin/onion and red pepper ) threaded some veggeis on sticks and secured others in my long metal " jail like " contraptions. ( King Oyster and Portabella Shrooms, yellow and green zucc's, Campari tomatoes, fresh pineapple ) Tossed on a few precooked large sausage on the very back to brown up, and tossed mini spuds into a small metal pan with EVOO/herbs.
The corn on the cob will go on last.
Thinking I should wake the guys very soon! ha ha

I had sushi, cake for yesterday's dinner it was my birthday on July fourth but my brothers wife worked on the weekdays so..... tonight since my parents went out for a anniversary banquet held by our church so I made mushrooms, Green soybeans and peas and add chicken broth and brown rice it was delish

Tonight will be dinner on the go. We need to go grocery shopping which this week will include a trip to Costco so we are travelling out of town to shop so we will grab dinner somewhere as we shop.

Friday night we were away for the night in a hotel so had fish and chips at the hotel restaurant.
Sat night was full from breakfast/late lunch so just ate bits of nothing really and then was hungry in bed but past the point of return
Sun night made chicken breasts with rice and broccoli. Simple and boring but filling

My wife and daughter are having left overs and i am going to do liver with onion gravy.

Nothing new actually planned for lunch or dinner today for the family, however there are some leftovers or they can slice some nice Newfie steaks from the solid piece of waxed bologna I got them. Funny how that stuff never goes out of style....lol.
Did some prep late last night for my Dr. Poon menu. A new batch of No Tomato Pasta sauce ( comes out like a pesto ) was cooked down, blended and the 3 containers are in the freezer to use the next time I nuke a spaghetti squash and add browned/xtra lean gr beef to.
Sigh....why do I want to eat bologna then? ha ha

...was going to bbq and make shishkabobs but its too windy for the bbq! So, plan B, have a pork tenderloin in the oven with mushrooms & carrots covered in a Golden Mushroom sauce, will make rice and a side salad

..its a rainy day here today, in the freezer I had 2 large ziploc bags of leftover turkey and turkey bones from the last turkey I cooked, so to get rid of it and make room in the freezer I am making turkey soup for today and dough boys! I have the stock simmering now and it smells heavenly

I would like to get quite a bit done around the house after work tonight so I think I will keep it simple and just have Hot Dogs for dinner.
