    I made oven bbq pork chops using this recipe, it was delicious! I omitted the chili powder & paprika and just salt & peppered the chops and used the rest of the ingredients for the sauce...I did turn them at the 1/2 way mark but basted a couple of times with the sauce to make sure everything was coated

    Tonight is leftovers, options are Chicken Fajita Bake which I turn into a Salad to up the veggie content or there is Pasta and Meat Sauce in the fridge as well.

    Chicken Burger/Bun/Lettuce/Tomatoes
    Fries/Gravy
    Or
    Toasted Buns with Cheese/Turkey Bacon/Lettuce/Tomatoes

    Decided to put a Roast in the Oven, not sure if we will do nice family dinner with gravy, mashed potatoes and candied squash or I could also make a french onion soup and have it with roast beef sandwiches

    I had some Cream of Corn Chowder in the freezer so pulled that out and had Roast Beef Sand. with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and red peppers. A little horseradish mayo and it was supper yummy
