Its going to be a gorgeous day!! Lots of leftovers from yesterday but might save those for a Sunday supper tomorrow and bbq later, but its a bit breezy today so will see later. Have a great Saturday everyone!

Homemade Pizza with Pepperoni, Bacon. Onion. Mushrooms, Cheddar and a Sprinkel of Parm, with a Greek Salad as I have some Cucumber to use up

Yesterday we celebrated all 5 birthdays in May because now we are allowed 3 families of up to 10 people. So we held it at my sons whose back yard is quite big and he has a big Gazebo, pool, etc. We had 5 b-day cakes, hot dogs, potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw, dip and crudities and cesar salad. Too much food and lots of leftovers.

Tonight im making roast chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, and vegies. Watermelon on tap for dessert.

Kind of snacked all day so we had Brie with Peach Jam and Crackers as an appetizer an leftover pizza for dinner

Another lazy dinner: deep fried perogies with make your own dipping sauce. I opted for spicy hummus and hubby went for sour cream & siracha.

We roasted a whole Chicken in the Crock Pot on the weekend, tonight Mom will have a Hot Chicken Sandwhich, I will just have Chicken with Gravy (not a fan of the bread and gravy mix) and we will both have Oven Fries and Mixed Frozen Veggies

..have a 1/2 head of cabbage to use so going to make a ground beef & cabbage dish, similar to this recipe (I've made it before and its delicious!). I might use tomato soup instead of the tomatoes and will probably add rice...and texas toast to go with it!

made roast chicken last night for dinner so with the leftover chicken i made a chicken pot pie this morning and thats what we are having tonight

..planning on making burgers later, have some leftover bacon & swiss, red onion, lettuce, tomato, etc
