    Last night I made jumbo honey garlic meatballs, they are yummy on toasted mini brioche buns with melted havarti (or any cheese!) under the broiler and poached b/s chicken breast to use for chicken salad...just need to add a salad or some other sides. Happy Friday everyone!

    Raquelette for dinner tonight. I have 2 chicken breasts marinating in chicken BBQ sauce; onions, mushrooms and peppers are cut up into strips; 3 potatoes are boiled and ready to be sliced; baguette is sliced; and Greek Salad done.

    This seems to be the million dollar questions, my plan had been Beef Stew so I could just let it simmer on the stove all day without my attention, but Mom was home yesterday and made Pot Roast Stew so now I need a Plan B.

    I am making Quinoa Chicken Parm Soup in the Slow Cooker but Mom won't eat it as she says Tomato Based Soup give her Heartburn so I am still at a loss for dinner.

    Right now the plan is: Salmon, carrots, rice, and salad, with almond cake and blueberries with whipped cream for dessert. Last minute changes are always a possibility though
