What's For Dinner?

I am thinking I will make cream of asparagus soup and throw together some sort of pasta bake-I work Thursdays and Fridays so this should last us until the weekend and use up lots of veggies in the fridge.

Mom is having a Hot Chicken Sandwich, I cannot handle the bread gravy mixture so I will just have Chicken in Gravy and we will both have Fried Mashed Potatoes and Bean Medley. Everything except the Bean Medley is leftovers from our Roast Chicken Dinner.

After a less terrible news about my father heart health I went to Metro with my aunt and I purchased 2 packages (1 for supper other one for lunch tomorrow) of the deal 20 sushis for 9,99$ with asiatic sauce ...my aunt did purchase a package to try it too!!!!

Decided to freeze 1 quiche so I will probably have the other one in t he fridge (spinach) or some croque monsieur (croissants ,ham ,cheese) and a salad Stock up on fruits yesterday so maybe a fruits salad for dessert (stock up on a little bit of snack pantry items too)

boiling ribs to make honey garlic ribs and will cook some chicken balls in the air fryer (there's not much here to choose from but the compliments are not too bad) and make rice and steam broccoli

hubby fried m&m meats chicken strips and made rice-a-roni

It cold outside, so in need of something warm and hardy. Making a small pot of beef stew for dinner tonight with a baguette (baked from frozen Costco.).

Croques monsieur (croissants,ham and cheese will maybe try it with gouda cheese) ,cherry tomatoes and for dessert vanilla yogurt and some fresh strawberries.

honey garlic ribs leftover from yesterday and going to make fried rice from the leftover white rice...will probably add a few wings and either steam more broccoli or make a small garden salad
