What's For Dinner?

You know, i dont like cilantro. I dont even like it in Asiatic noodle soups. I dont know what to make for supper tonight, probably do take-out. Hubby is feeling like smoked meat platter.

Pulled out some Chicken Tender so we will make some Homemade Chicken Fingers, not sure on the sides yet.

It will either be Potato edges or Sweet Potato Slices, the either Sauteed Corn or a Salad. We shall see how we feel closer to dinner

well we gave in and ordered some kfc; i turned the strips into a kfc twister because we had leftover tortilla, tomato, lettuce and dressing

Today's dinner is lefttovers of the week because I want to make place in the fridge.
Choice of,Shephards pie,rottisserie chicken or yesterday pastas.

Cilantro is "easy" to grow at home. I grew it last year and had so much was giving it away as much as possible. Will try it again this year!

Today, leftover pizza & making a ham & split pea soup from the leftover ham bone and ham

Tonight we will make Chicken Enchiladas with Cheddar, Mushrooms & Peppers.

I will also make a Tex-Mex style salad to go on the side

Change of plans.....Leftovers will wait tomorrow or this week lol....
Dad wanted a chicken sandwich and I forget I bought 2 portions of dijonnaise chicken at marche public yesterday so I am having that 1portionwith breakfest mccain small patties patatoes.Plenty of choice for dessert but want to use my strawberries and cantaloup (if he is still good,kind of hope so)

Prepping a few main dishes to have at the ready.
Last night made up a " meat pie " . The stew part was made in the pressure cooker first using bite sized pieces of steak. Because I had not put any spuds into the stew, I spread instant mashed over the stew, then covered with the top crust. ( Puff pastry this time )
My DS said it was like a Shepherd's Meat pie.
Then this morning I made a 4x batch of teriyaki beef. I'll set the rice cooker on later to have with.
Also planning on filling up another casserole dish with Olivieri fresh pasta cannelloni. Just so easy to build and bake. Pre-stuffed shells are the bomb!

Was watching Food Network and they kept showing pizza so Homemade pizza it is with the usual suspects:

Pepperoni, Onion, Mushroom, Bacon, Cheddar, Parmesan.

Also thinking of some sort of Salad to go with it, I want to get more creative with my Salads. I think I need to find more Homemade Dressings I can make to give me more variety.

Pork chops, baked potato & a salad. The pork chops (thick) I seasoned with salt & pepper & browned on both sides for about 5 mins each, then removed from pan and put in a lined dish, in the frying pan made a sauce with butter, brown sugar, minced garlic, pinch of thyme and red pepper flakes, poured it over the chops and then baked for about 1/2hr in the oven @ 400. It was REALLY good!! 😋
