Hummus on toast

walkonby i could never get the taste of Hummus and ive tried all flavours.

Tonight we are having Filets O Fish from Highliner i think it is. I bought it the other week because it looks like the McDonalds filet o fish. Anyway, serving with homemade fries and salad.

Going to roast a chicken in the oven, no idea what I'll have with it yet..,maybe mashed potatoes and carrots but will see...

Decided on Breakfast for Dinner, we are having Eggs, Bacon and Potato Pancake (Like Hash Browns but done in a Pie Plate and looks like a Pancake)

OMG!! Hubby dug deep in one of the freezers and found a Tortiere that i made last year in December. So thats what we are having tonight for supper with mashed potatoes, mixed vegies and salad.

The chicken from yesterday was missing a wing, how rude! lol using the leftovers for chicken salad. This evening making homemade burgers with the works, fries in the air fryer and the yummy gravy leftover from yesterday

thinly sliced some beef for beef and broccoli later today, cubed the rest of the beef for a soup with butternut squash, carrots, potato and onion.

Went Costco Shopping after work so needed something easy so Nachos with Homemade Taco Meat and all the toppings

We won a 75$ gift card for a local resto, so dinner will be from them!

Thinking I will made French Onion Baked Pasta for Dinner, I have some Heavy Whipping Cream to use up and honestly it is the only Dinner recipe I can think of that we use Heavy Whipping.

Plus I am trying to get back to at least one vegetarian dish a week as we got away from this when I was working in a branch.

Pork Chops in Campbells Muishroom Soup (recipe from Campbells cookbook), with mashed potatoes, broccoli and tomato and onion salad.

I'm also doing up pork @SnowFlakey , but these are 1/2" thick boneless slabs of pork tenderloin that I have coated with herbed crumbs. Baking in oven atm.
I roasted 6 thick large circles of butternut squash up from a deal I got. ( a 5 lb one for $2.29 at NF ) The bottom half with the seeds in it I cut into cubes and froze for a turkey soup to make on the weekend maybe?
Not sure which carb option we'll have, although mashed spuds seems about right.

Mom wanted Chicken Wings so that is what she will have, I will have Chicken Cesar Wraps and we will both have Oven Fries

We are also doing chicken wings but a new recipe we found that is baked in the oven and they say they come out really crispy
