I just put some pork chops in the slow cooker... will make asian pork chops and baked rice.

To lazy to cook so we are going to order Swiss Chalet. Lemon tarts with whipped cream for dessert.

Lazy Lasagna but since we seem to have mushrooms coming our ears right now we used half the ground beef we normally do and added almost double of mushrooms to ground beef. Might make a garlic bun to go with it, time will tell

Baked vegetables with sliced baked pork loin on top.

When I came home there was no one here but there was a great smell and tented in foil on the counter was a oven chicken and off to the side a salad.
I waited a while and no one came home
I hope I left enough for them (I was getting really hungry)

..roasted a chicken, with lots of garlic, onions, S&P, thyme, had with it about 15 asparagus and a couple of whole grain buns, there's lots of leftovers for sandwiches, etc

hubby grilled the steaks and i made stir fried baby bok choy with noodle

Fruit salad ,bottle water and bottle Diet Pepsi .. no time cook anything tonite .. meeting with fire department tonite then another meeting with Town .. so this been very busy day .. quick and fast meals today

Just me again so I am going for canned pork and beans with toast and a couple of over easy fried eggs

..made a jumbo salad and added some of the leftover chicken from yesterday

* I had the oddest experience today. I was travelling and stopped for lunch had a sandwich, etc and a can of pop..an older gentleman, I'm guessing 70-75 came in and ordered a meal, sat not too far from where I was sitting and when I was getting ready to leave I took the tab off the pop can (as they collect them here for wheelchairs) and the same gentleman asked if there was anything left in the can. I said yes, its half-full, he asked if he could have it I said sure...so he took it and tipped it on his head, and drank it, a complete stranger..and then he left ..huh!?! ...I did use a straw but it kinda made me blink a couple of times....

^ that was odd. Some folks wouldn't even drink after a family member, let alone a stranger.

Tonight we had fish chowder. I forgot to buy Cool Whip or ice cream, so no strawberry shortcake
