hubby made beef stew in his fancy enamel cast iron pot that i got for his birthday last week

Going to barbecue up pork chops, baked potatoes and carrots.

need to figure out something for Wed/Thurs meals. I made a big roast pan size of Lazy Cabbage casserole on Tuesday but most of it has sure disappeared quickly. hrmph!!

Have extra eggs in the refrigerator so Toasted fried egg sandwiches

Not feeling great so Beef barley soup and a few crackers. Hubby is going to make himself frozen cabbage rolls and Octoberfest sausages.

Whopper Wednesday - I was okay with some fries and onion rings, but couldn't really handle much of the burger - sad for me, since I'm a huge Whopper fan. Husband said they tasted fine, so it's just my taste-less-ness... well, more of wrong-taste. Gosh, can't wait to be normal, already!

Last night's supper was salmon fillets, boiled mixed veggies and small smart spiral noodles.

Tonight's supper will be bison roast (already cooked, just pulled from the freezer) with broccolie (not sure what sauce), and rice.

pulled pork sandwich with apple carrot salad and a few frozen fries that I thought I bought then could not fine then found them

fried hotdogs - wow, could actually taste the weenies, had them with mustard on bread, had 1 1/2, plus cucumber slices.

Tonite was sloppy joes and Diet Pepsi

Spaghetti and meatballs, Italian bread and a Caesar salad. Butter tart for dessert.
