Tonite I done cold plate .. beet salad , vegetable salad , mustard salad , coleslaw, roast beef , lettuce , tomatoes, ham , lettuce , dressing and Diet Pepsi

Used a coupon for KFC tonight. Still a few pieces and 1/2 the gravy for leftovers.

Today I plan on roasting a Hutterite chicken with a yellow onion. I'll chop up the sweet potato and oven bake it with a touch of cinnamon and brown sugar. I also want to bake a 9x13" pan of apple crisp.

Not sure yet but I see we have a large number of Mushrooms & Peppers so I am pretty sure those will be on the menu tonight, now I just need to make a plan.

Pork chops, baked potatoes and grilled asparagus all on the BBQ. Heavenly hash ice cream for dessert.

I had a chicken breast with mashed potato, peas and a heaping spoon of pickled beets.

On an owie day, thank goodness for pre-packaged foods!

M&M jumbo crispy chicken wings, Sidekicks fettuccine garlic butter and lemon, sweetlet peas.

Ooops, the freezer could not produce peas, had canned kernel corn. Bummer because husband won't eat corn, so he was veg-less.
